Make a Donation

The specialist palliative care services provided by Hospice Southland are partially government funded, yet available to the patient and their families free of charge.   Therefore we do look to our community for their ongoing support in order to continue the work we do.

There are several ways to support Hospice Southland:

• Become a Friend of Hospice with an annual donation of $30.00 or more
• Become a Corporate Friend of Hospice with an annual donation of $2,000 or more
• Give a Bequest to Hospice Southland.    Bequest Form
• Sponsor a day of patient care ($250 per day).   Memory Quilt

You can donate to Hospice Southland online using your credit card (Visa and Mastercard only).   Simply complete the details below and enter the amount of your donation.
